The world is watching…

So this week we’re showing at the Cleveland International Film Festival  in Ohio – voted 2nd best in the country by USA Today readers. Asked by Cleveland University, Festival director Bill Guentzler chose the “eye-opening” Anthropocene as one of his “Top Ten Must-Sees.”  This at a festival with 192 other feature length films.
CIFF previewer EF writes, “This incredibly engaging documentary lays out the vision of the Anthropocene …Its beautiful and stylish cinematography is just as poignant as its crucial message..  educating and captivating viewers with a fascinatingly unique approach.“

Meantime Stefanie Speer in US news website EcoWatch writes about Anthropocene as “One of 7 Must-See Eco-Docs at One of the Best Film Festivals in America.” Our 3 viewings are kindly sponsored by 2 community groups in Ohio  – the Sierra Club and the Earth Day Coalition.
Also really thrilled to read a great appreciation from Paul Crutzen himself – we’ll paste among Reviews.
And a great week for my ICIJ colleagues… the Panama Papers!
